A little about me,
Where I’ve been, where I am, what I do, and why I do it.
Turning 50 inspired me to help other women living with Multiple Sclerosis discover freedom through self-love, mindset mastery, and intentional living. For over 20 years, I have studied personal development, holistic health practices, natural wellness strategies, meditation, and affirmations to support thriving with chronic illness.
Through different careers and life experiences, I have learned how to create personal freedom by balancing work, mindfulness, and joy. That balance - supporting your body, strengthening your mindset, and making space for enjoyment - is what creates a fulfilling life, even while living with MS.
SOME FABULOUS FACTS ABOUT ME!
My grandfather, Paul Weber Sr, opened Webers on Hwy.11 in 1963. It is now an iconic landmark in Ontario for travellers to grab a meal! I worked there as a teenager taking orders, beverages and scooping ice-cream.
I was a Dance teacher for 20 years, starting at the age of 12.
My first career was in the glamorous world of fashion with a Canadian Award winning designer.
We have a little dog named Kobi. He is named after the town Coboconk where our cottage was not the Basketball legend. Everyone always asks.
As a motivated M.S. warrior, I recognize that health is a journey to savor, not a perpetual battle to endure. My primary aim is to encourage you to experience greater joy and peace in your daily life.

My Story
Dance had always been at the centre of my life.
From a young age, I devoted myself to dance, spending most of my days training, performing, and eventually teaching as a dance instructor. Movement, discipline, and creativity shaped my early life and career.
At 25, I was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting Multiple Sclerosis. The diagnosis was overwhelming and life-changing. I navigated medical appointments, treatment decisions, and even participated in a research program testing a new therapy - all while trying to process what living with MS would mean for my future.
After years of treatment and adjustment, I chose to pursue a new direction. Living with Multiple Sclerosis required me to redefine strength, identity, and purpose - and that turning point became the foundation for the work I do today.
THE FABULOUS LIFE SHIFTS (truly lifesavers) THAT HAVE HELPED ME.
Becoming a Mom has shown me the importance of not only my health but the entire families. This incredible gift inspired me to question, research, and absorb everything I could for optimal health.
My Student mindset, a never-ending pursuit of knowledge across homeopathy, nutrition, somatic healing, meditation, movement, coaching, business and more, has been more impactful than any degree. That's why I'm passionate about sharing resources.
Learning to incorporate a Nutrient-Rich Diet. By attending nutritional workshops, following specific auto-immune diets and eliminating all trigger foods to support my immune function, reduce inflammation, and improve my energy levels, I was able maintain my lifestyle.
Recognizing when something isn’t working. Adapting my careers to align with various health stages over the years. This reduced my stress levels, encouraged resilience, and empowered me to take control of my time and well-being.
Learning how to work with my M.S. and not against it. Knowing what I can do and accepting what I can’t. I pay attention to how I’m feeling and let that guide me for the day. It takes courage to protect my health and live authentically.
Publishing a book and building a business at age 50 has been incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. Sharing my experiences and connecting with a community to inspire and impact others is truly a blessing.
Within each of us lies everything we need, a power that cannot be taken away once we master our
